Un Acuerdo Reparatorio es un acuerdo de voluntades entre la v\u00edctima u ofendido y el imputado.<\/b><\/p>\n

Un Plan de Reparaci\u00f3n es un elemento que se considera para la aprobaci\u00f3n\u00a0de una\u00a0 suspensi\u00f3n condicional del proceso como soluci\u00f3n alterna.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space image_repeat=”no-repeat”] Un Acuerdo Reparatorio es procedente por delitos de querella o que admiten el perd\u00f3n de la v\u00edctima u ofendido, culposos o patrimoniales sin violencia sobre las personas. Los Mecanismos Alternativos de Soluci\u00f3n de Controversias en materia de Justicia Penal para Adolescentes, pueden derivar en un Acuerdo Reparatorio o en un Plan de Reparaci\u00f3n y propuesta de condiciones por cumplir para una suspensi\u00f3n condicional del proceso.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Los mecanismos aplicables en materia de Justicia para Adolescentes son la mediaci\u00f3n y los procesos restaurativos (reuni\u00f3n de la v\u00edctima con la persona adolescente, junta restaurativa o c\u00edrculos).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=”row” image_repeat=”no-repeat”] El Acuerdo Reparatorio y el Plan de Reparaci\u00f3n, este \u00faltimo como elemento de la suspensi\u00f3n condicional del proceso, son procedentes por todas las conductas delictivas que no ameritan una medida de internamiento.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”60px” image_repeat=”no-repeat”] En ejecuci\u00f3n de las medidas de sanci\u00f3n son procedentes los Procesos Restaurativos en donde la v\u00edctima u ofendido, la persona adolescente y en su caso la comunidad afectada participan activamente en este tipo de procedimiento para coadyuvar en su reintegraci\u00f3n a la comunidad.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Los Procesos Restaurativos son procedentes para todos los hechos se\u00f1alados como delitos y podr\u00e1n ser aplicados a partir de que queda firme
