    INICIO DEL PROCESO<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Acude con una\u00a0identificaci\u00f3n oficial<\/strong>\u00a0y copia<\/strong>\u00a0de la misma para que se te entregue una ficha. El Personal de la Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n al P\u00fablico te pedir\u00e1 tus datos, preguntar\u00e1 sobre tu conflicto y te explicar\u00e1 el proceso de mediaci\u00f3n, pasar\u00e1s a\u00a0Pre-mediaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, donde un Mediador experto valorar\u00e1 si tu asunto puede ser mediable, si tu asunto\u00a0no es mediable, <\/strong>te orientar\u00e1n sobre instituciones que pueden ayudarte con tu conflicto. Pero si tu asunto\u00a0es mediable\u00a0<\/strong>y deseas continuar con el proceso,\u00a0firmar\u00e1s un documento donde expresas tu\u00a0voluntad<\/strong>\u00a0de participar en el proceso de mediaci\u00f3n y se te proporcionar\u00e1 una\u00a0carta-invitaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0para que la entregues de manera personal a la persona con quien quieres dialogar, si\u00a0no existe respuesta<\/strong>\u00a0del invitado, se te proporcionar\u00e1 una segunda invitaci\u00f3n pero si nuevamente\u00a0no existe respuesta<\/strong>\u00a0del invitado, se dar\u00e1 cierre al registro. Por el contrario, si el invitado acepta se fijar\u00e1 el d\u00eda y la hora en que dar\u00e1 inicio el proceso de mediaci\u00f3n. Una vez llegado este punto, tendr\u00e1s las sesiones de Mediaci\u00f3n necesarias para\u00a0construir acuerdos<\/strong>\u00a0ben\u00e9ficos para ambos, en estas sesiones cada uno plantear\u00e1 su perspectiva del conflicto y propondr\u00e1 propuestas.<\/p>\n
