css_animation=\u00bb\u00bb el_id=\u00bbtexto_titulo\u00bb][vc_column][vc_separator type=\u00bbtransparent\u00bb up=\u00bb50&#8243; up_style=\u00bbpx\u00bb down=\u00bb0&#8243; down_style=\u00bbpx\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Mediante la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos procesales, la Unidad de Supervisi\u00f3n de Medidas Cautelares, analiza los riesgos que la persona adolescente pudieran representar para el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n, las v\u00edctimas, ofendidos y\/o testigos del hecho que se investiga, as\u00ed como la probabilidad de su comparecencia ante un Juez de Control Especializado en Adolescentes cuando as\u00ed sea requerido.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Para lograrlo, dicha autoridad administrativa desarroll\u00f3 un conjunto de pasos que permite la recopilaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n socio-ambiental del adolescente, su verificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis, posteriormente proporcionar\u00e1 a las partes procesales los datos relevantes para la audiencia inicial donde se debaten las medidas cautelares, para que se valore la necesidad de imponer una o varias de \u00e9stas, con las cuales se garantice la comparecencia de la persona adolescente a las audiencias, as\u00ed como la no obstaculizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n y la salvaguarda de la integridad personal de la v\u00edctima u ofendido y testigo.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=\u00bbtransparent\u00bb up=\u00bb50&#8243;
