Con la finalidad de dar cumplimiento al art\u00edculo 14 de la Ley de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, que a la letra establece:<\/p>\n

\u201cArt\u00edculo 14. <\/em><\/strong>En la generaci\u00f3n, publicaci\u00f3n y entrega de informaci\u00f3n se deber\u00e1 garantizar que \u00e9sta sea accesible, confiable, verificable, veraz, oportuna y atender\u00e1 las necesidades del Derecho de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica de toda persona.<\/em><\/p>\n

Los sujetos obligados buscar\u00e1n, en todo momento, que la informaci\u00f3n generada tenga un lenguaje sencillo para cualquier persona y se procurar\u00e1, en la medida de lo posible, su accesibilidad y traducci\u00f3n a lenguas ind\u00edgenas<\/strong>\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Se publica la \u201c<\/em>GU\u00cdA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACI\u00d3N Y PROTECCION DE DATOS PERSONALES PARA SOLICITANTES EN EL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA CIUDAD DE\u00a0 M\u00c9XICO<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, <\/strong>en las siguientes lenguas ind\u00edgenas:<\/p>\n
